Dory Rizk, the founder of Afkar Holding, is a hospitality management alumnus, focused on the service, food and mood of the various outlets, to create what has now become a trademarked experience.
To export Lebanon to the world through innovative restaurant concepts that inspire our clientele and provide it with a unique culinary experience.
The idea behind Afkar Holding was to establish a hub for new trends and higher standards, later replicated by many restaurants in Lebanon.
The first product of this venture was Babel in Dbayeh, which spawned a series of concept branches from Beirut to the North, followed by Ahwet Zeitouna, and most recently, BeBabel.
Each of these outlets boasts its own identity, clientele, persona and promise.
And Afkar’s team is hands-on from inception through operations across markets, to firstly ensure the respect of its own high hospitality standards, and then the international food safety and quality norms, all the while respecting the values it has set for itself.
Amazement because our goal is to ensure innovation in everything we do, be it on the architectural, culinary or conceptual level.
